Ireland’s Best Young Entrepreneur 2019 (15-Sept-19)

Shorla Pharma were honoured to be awarded the title of Ireland’s Best Young Entrepreneur 2019 beating competition from 1,600 applicants, accepted by Co-founder Sharon Cunningham. This prestigious and coveted award was announced at a ceremony in Google’s European Headquarters, Dublin and presented by Minister Heather Humphries. The highly competitive programme is run by the network of Local Enterprise Offices (LEO’s) and funded by the Government of Ireland and supported by the Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation and Enterprise Ireland. The award recognises the significant milestones and successes of the company to date and the potential of the company in to the future. Shorla would like to extend their congratulations to all of the other finalists and category winners and to express our thanks to Local Enterprise Office Tipperary for their support throughout the competition.

Sodexo Women Mean Business Female Newcomer Award 2019 (30-Oct-19)

Shorla were delighted to accept the Women Mean Business (WMB) Female Newcomer Award 2019. To be recognised among an influential and successful group of women is an achievement Sharon and Orlaith are very proud of. Congratulations to all finalists and winners. Worldwide Association of MBA's Best Entrepreneurial Venture Award (Private Sector) 2020 (07-Feb-20)

Sharon Cunningham was honoured to accept the Worldwide Association of MBA’s Best Entrepreneurial Venture Award (Private Sector) 2020. Representing University College Dublin Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, Sharon received the accolade at a glittering awards ceremony held in London. The event was attended by more than 200 top Business School leaders representing more than 50 Schools across the world.
